Prototype Generator Rex NOFACE Unreleased No Face Action Figure Never Produced Toy Action Figure 2011
 
The only picture I can find anywhere online of this proposed figure is of a prototype at 2011 Toy Fair (see 3rd picture). This is a prototype test shot of that figure that never got further than this stage. It was never released at retail.
 
It is stamped Mattel and has some factory writing on it also.
 
I don't think you will see another one anytime soon! Fantastic piece for any Generator Rex collector.
