This figure was never released. It was intended as another wave of GI Joe Extreme figures but was abandoned at that prototype stage around 1995 / 1996. 

He comes with Lakota, his Wolf.
 
The figure is a first shot prototype, so it is earlier in the pre-production process in that it does not have any Hasbro stamps or date stamps.
 
In lovely non production colours and unpainted, beautiful looking prototype.
 
As you can see it is also non sonic welded, so you can build the figure up and down depending on how you wish to display it.
 
Approximately 5" inches tall.
